Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Essential for the base; provides crunch and sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Binds everything together and adds richness.

Layers

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut Adds tropical flair and chewiness.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use semi-sweet, milk, or dark chocolate as preferred.
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips Optional; can substitute with butterscotch chips.
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts Adds crunch; can be omitted for nut allergies.
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk Binds the layers together and keeps bars moist.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly.
  • Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Evenly sprinkle shredded coconut, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and walnuts over the crust.
  • Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
  • Allow the bars to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For extra comfort, serve with vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
