Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
  • Dice the onion into small pieces.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté the diced onions until soft and translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, stirring frequently to break it up and cook evenly for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
