Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over, ensuring each fillet is coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for best flavor).
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  • Cook the salmon for 10-12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  • Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve it with lemon wedges.

Notes

Marinate overnight for extra flavor. Be cautious not to overcook the salmon.
