Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef Use lean ground meat for a healthier option.
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs or oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese For added flavor.
  • 1 egg
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce or ketchup Divide into mixture and topping.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce To enhance flavor.
  • Veggies (onions, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.) Customize based on preference.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients, including 1/4 of the tomato sauce or ketchup.
  • Press the mixture into muffin cups, ensuring not to overfill.
  • Top each muffin with the remaining tomato sauce or ketchup.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes

Let the muffins cool before removing them from the pan to maintain their shape. These meatloaf muffins can be served warm, cold, or with your favorite dipping sauces.
