  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the miso paste and olive oil until smooth.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the miso mixture.
  • Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

For storage, let the cauliflower cool down and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will remain fresh for about 3 to 5 days. To reheat, use the oven or microwave.
