Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 100 grams Misua noodles
  • 200 grams Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 medium Patola (Luffa or Sponge Gourd) Sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger Minced
  • 4 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions For garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  • Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add the patola and cook until it is tender.
  • Add the misua noodles and cook for 1–2 minutes until softened.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

This soup pairs well with steamed rice. If leftovers remain, cool completely and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave.
