Ingredients
  

For the Soup

  • 1 tbsp oil Any type of cooking oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion onion, chopped
  • 6 cups chicken or beef broth Use homemade for more flavor
  • 10-12 pieces meatballs, cooked Frozen meatballs can be used
  • 100 g misua noodles Cooked until tender
  • 1 cup leafy greens, such as pechay or bok choy Other greens like spinach or kale can also be used
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Green onions and fried garlic Add for extra flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Sauté garlic and onion until softened.

Cooking

  • Add broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add meatballs and cook until heated through.
  • Add misua noodles and leafy greens. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Garnish with green onions (if using) and fried garlic, and serve hot.

Notes

You can add chili flakes for additional spice. Avoid overcooking misua noodles to prevent them from becoming too soft. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for a month.
