Coating

  • 1/2 cup sugar For tossing with the biscuit pieces.

Topping

  • 1/2 cup butter Melted, preferably real butter.
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar To create a syrupy topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters using kitchen scissors.
  • Toss the biscuit pieces in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  • Layer the biscuit chunks in a greased bundt pan.

Baking

  • Melt the butter and brown sugar together and pour over the biscuit chunks.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for about 10 minutes before flipping onto a plate.

Notes

For variations, consider adding chopped pecans, butterscotch chips, diced apples, or cream cheese filling. Grease the pan thoroughly to prevent sticking and feel free to double the butter-brown sugar mix for extra stickiness.
