Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend together the creamy peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  • Slowly add in the confectioners' sugar and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the graham cracker crumbs to create a thicker mixture.
  • Roll the mixture into balls, using about one tablespoon for each.
  • Place the rolled balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.

Chocolate Coating

  • Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  • Add the vegetable oil to the melted chocolate to ensure a smooth texture.
  • Using a toothpick or fork, dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the baking sheet.
  • If desired, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets.

Notes

Make sure to freeze the balls before dipping to keep their shape. Using good-quality chocolate makes a significant difference. Experiment with adding vanilla or sea salt for varied flavors.
