  • 1 cup Basil Pesto
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, diced

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare a sturdy baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the basil pesto evenly over the chicken.
  • Add halved cherry tomatoes around the chicken.

Baking
