  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add the egg noodles and cook until al dente.
  • Stir in the butter until melted.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop. For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken before cooking and add a splash of heavy cream for a creamier sauce.
