  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a lighter option.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with half-and-half or milk for a lighter dish.
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to swap with your preferred cheese.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

  • In a large skillet or deep pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Add the minced garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a light boil.
  • Add the uncooked rotini pasta. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for about 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked, and the sauce thickens.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until fully melted and creamy.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm, straight from the skillet.

Notes

Pairs well with a side salad or crusty bread. For added flair, sprinkle extra cheese and parsley before serving. Make sure to stir the pasta occasionally to prevent sticking.
