Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the asparagus thoroughly and trim the tough ends by bending each spear until it snaps.
  • In a small bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard, whisking until smooth.

Assembly

  • Wrap a slice of bacon around each asparagus spear, overlapping slightly.
  • Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking
