  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni Optional toppings can include cooked sausage or different cheeses.
  • to taste Italian seasoning Optional for added flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  • Spread the minced garlic evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  • Spoon marinara sauce on each half of the bread.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  • Optional: sprinkle Italian seasoning for added flavor.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the French Bread Pizza cool completely. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop it back in the oven until warmed through.
