Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the potatoes into wedges and the onion into thick rings.

  • Spread the potato and onion mixture evenly on the baking sheet.

Cooking

Notes
