Preparation

  • Cut the zucchinis into quarters, length-wise.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and grease it with cooking spray.
  • Place the zucchini pieces on the baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini, adding any desired spices.
  • Season with a little salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Bake the zucchini for 12-14 minutes.
  • For a nice finish, broil for the last 2 minutes until the cheese is browned.
