Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Adds moisture and flavor.
  • 2 large eggs Provide binding.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances all flavors.
  • 1 cup milk Adds tenderness; use whole for creaminess.

Main Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups diced peaches (fresh or frozen) The star of our show!

Optional Ingredients

  • crumb topping A blend of flour, sugar, and butter for crunch.
  • maple vanilla drizzle A sweet finish with powdered sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Instructions
 

Baking Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line your muffin pan with paper liners.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
  • Combine the wet and dry mixtures gently, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the diced peaches carefully.

Baking

  • Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter.
  • If using, prepare the crumb topping and sprinkle it over the batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Serving

  • Optionally drizzle with maple vanilla mix for an extra treat.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing and texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
