Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, mixing until fully combined.
  • Roll tablespoon-sized amounts of dough into balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, until slightly golden around the edges.
  • Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie upon removing them from the oven.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Serving
