  • 1 lb Confectioners sugar
  • 2 T butter Unsalted preferred
  • 1/3 C milk Any type of milk works
  • 1 C peanut butter Smooth or chunky based on preference

Preparation

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the confectioners sugar, butter, milk, and peanut butter.

Cooking

  • Microwave on high in 30-second increments, stirring in between each increment until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased dish and let it cool until set.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate and bring to room temperature before serving. For variations, you can replace peanut butter with other nut butters or mix in nuts or chocolate chips.
