Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Peanuts (unsalted) Unsalted peanuts allow the sweetness of the chocolate to shine.
  • 1 cup Milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips (optional) For drizzling on top.
  • 1/2 cup Creamy or crunchy peanut butter (optional) Adds extra richness and creaminess.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Prepare Your Workstation: Clear a space on your counter and gather all ingredients.
  • Choose Your Method: Decide on using a microwave or a slow cooker.

Cooking

  • Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips and peanut butter (if using). Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. For slow cooker, set to low and stir occasionally until smooth.
  • Stir in Peanuts: Pour in the peanuts and fold them gently, ensuring each nut is coated.

Setting

  • Prepare for Setting: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drop the Mixture: Scoop tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
  • Let Them Cool: Allow clusters to sit at room temperature or refrigerate until set.
  • Enjoy Your Creation: Once set, enjoy the clusters or package as gifts.

Notes

For an extra touch, consider drizzling melted white chocolate on top after setting. You can use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor. Store in an airtight container for about a week.
