Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well-combined.
  • Gently stir in the pecan halves until they are evenly coated.
  • Pour the pecan filling into the prepared pie crust, allowing the pecans to float to the top.

Baking

  • Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 60-70 minutes, until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  • Once done, let it cool on the counter before slicing.

Serving

Notes
