Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For sautéing
  • 1 large Large onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large Large green pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 pound Fresh shaved steak

For assembly

  • 8-10 rolls Slider rolls
  • 1 cup Cheese (provolone or cheese whiz) To taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the thinly sliced onion and green pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until tender and aromatic.
  • Add the fresh shaved steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • While steak is cooking, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Once the steak is ready, assemble the sliders by placing the mixture in each slider roll.
  • Top each filled roll with cheese.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese melts and rolls are lightly toasted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy tops, broil for a minute at the end. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses and consider doubling the recipe for larger gatherings.
