Ingredients
  

For the Bread

  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree Key for rich, moist texture.
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil Can be substituted with melted butter.
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour Can be substituted with gluten-free blend.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Brings warm fall flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg Enhances autumn aroma.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Milk

For the Cinnamon Glaze

  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  • Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  • Grease your loaf pan generously.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 60-70 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Cinnamon Glaze

  • While the bread cools, mix powdered sugar, cinnamon, and milk for the glaze until smooth.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread.

Serving

  • Slice into warm pieces and serve.

Notes

Consider adding chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter for extra flavor. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
