Wet Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup milk Adds moisture and richness to the dough.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Essential for flavor; will also be used for glazing.

Cheesy Goodness

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Gives the biscuits their melt-in-your-mouth goodness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix with the milk. Stir until just blended.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese gently.
  • Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  • Drop generous dollops of the biscuit mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Glazing and Serving

  • While the biscuits bake, melt the remaining butter and stir in the garlic powder and dried parsley.
  • Brush the buttery garlic mixture over the baked biscuits as soon as they come out of the oven.
  • Allow them to cool for a minute before serving warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider using fresh herbs in the mixture. Don't over-mix to ensure fluffy biscuits.
