  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 2 cups Broccoli Cut into florets.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper.
  • Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them with butter until creamy.

Cooking

  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness.
  • Sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil until they are tender.
  • For the stuffed shrimp, mix spinach and artichokes, stuff the mixture into the shrimp, and bake until the shrimp are cooked through.
  • Steam or sauté the broccoli until it is bright green and tender.

Serving

  • Place the cooked ribeye steak on a plate and arrange the sides around it.
  • You can serve the mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables next to the steak, and add the stuffed shrimp and broccoli for a colorful presentation.

Notes

Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes after cooking to help juices redistribute. Use fresh vegetables for better flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste. Frozen spinach and artichokes can be used if you're short on time. Variations include switching sides or adding cheese to the stuffed shrimp.
