Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • Melt the butter in a large bowl.
  • Mix the melted butter with the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add the flour to the mixture and stir until the batter is nice and smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Rich Banana Bread can be served warm or at room temperature. Pair it with coffee or tea. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to four days, or freeze for up to three months. Make sure your bananas are very ripe for the best flavor; don't overmix the batter. Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
