Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
  • If using, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure to cut the cauliflower into uniform-sized florets for even cooking. Don’t skip the stirring halfway through roasting; it helps the cauliflower cook evenly. Experiment with different spices, like cumin or garlic powder, to customize the flavor to your liking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven.
