Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a muffin tin or use muffin liners.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick and cooked sausage.
  • Add beaten eggs to the mixture.
  • Incorporate shredded Cheddar cheese.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center of a muffin.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These muffins can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. They can also be frozen for 2-3 months.
