  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, cooking until they soften.
  • Stir in sliced zucchini and cook until tender.
  • Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

To store leftovers, let them cool, then place in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or skillet until warmed through.
