Cooking Steps

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain well and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add thinly sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Toss in minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Add sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  • Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing everything well.
  • Gently add the cooked egg noodles into the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of chopped green onions on top before serving.

Notes

For an enhanced flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce for a few minutes before cooking. For spice, consider adding red pepper flakes.
