Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash all fresh produce and prepare ingredients.
  • Chop sun-ripened tomatoes and layer them in a clear glass bowl.
  • Add a layer of sweet peas over the tomatoes.
  • Slice hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle them over the peas.
  • Crumble crispy bacon over the eggs once cooked and cooled.
  • Grate sharp cheddar cheese over the bacon layer.

Dressing and Final Assembly

  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and salt to make the dressing.
  • Spoon the dressing over the layered salad.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • Serve by scooping portions into bowls, ensuring each serving has all layers.

Notes
