Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (like elbow or rotini)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cooking

  • Brown the beef with the onion and garlic in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the broth, milk, and pasta. Stir and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  • Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Serve hot straight from the skillet. You can top with extra cheese, pickles, or your favorite burger toppings. Pair with a salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
