  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to add more for extra cheesiness.
  • 1 cup cream cheese For a creamier dip, consider using more.

Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onions and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.

Cooking

  • Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Mix in cream cheese until melted and combined.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove as needed. This dip can be made ahead of time; simply reheat before serving.
