Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken tenders or 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, low sodium (10.75 oz)
  • 2 envelopes chicken gravy mix, low sodium
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth, low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken in a slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy packets, chicken broth, and granulated garlic until combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  • Shred the chicken into chunks and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Serve over white rice or mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. For added flavor, consider adding sliced onions or mushrooms before cooking. Adjust gravy thickness with chicken broth as needed.
