  • 1 box box of cake mix (brownie mix)
  • 1/2 cup real butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package strawberry Jell-O

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed Use fresh for the best flavor; avoid frozen as it may result in watery puree.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • In a bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, milk, and strawberry Jell-O until smooth. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then spread it over the brownie layer.
  • Pour the remaining brownie mixture on top and swirl together gently with a knife.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cool, then top with strawberry crunch, cut into squares, and enjoy.
