Fruit and Cream Layers

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • 2 cups whipped cream Can add extra for topping.

Cheesecake Layer

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it is softened for easy blending.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Graham Cracker Layer

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Can substitute with gluten-free options.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a trifle dish, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture, and then half of the sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  • Top with whipped cream and additional strawberries.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days, but best enjoyed within the first two days. This dessert is best served chilled.
