  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is very soft for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Add more for additional sweetness if desired.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped You can use whipped topping for a lighter filling.

Assembly

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced Use fresh strawberries for the best taste.
  • Crepes (store-bought or homemade)
  • Golden cookie crumbs for topping

Preparation

  • In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  • Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over each crepe.
  • Add sliced strawberries on top of the filling.
  • Roll the crepes tightly and place seam-side down.
  • Sprinkle with golden cookie crumbs before serving.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cutting into rolls.

Notes
