Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream Whip until stiff peaks form; avoid overwhipping.

Filling & Assembly

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 4-6 pieces soft cake rolls (such as Swiss rolls)
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Strawberries for garnish

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Carefully unroll the cake rolls and spread a layer of the cheesecake mixture onto each roll.
  • Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cheesecake mixture.
  • Roll the cake back up tightly and place in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes.
  • Slice the rolls into portions and serve with whipped cream and additional strawberries for garnish.

Notes

Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. You can substitute strawberries with peaches or bananas, and use flavored cake rolls for variation.
