For the Seafood

  • 8 pieces large shrimp Succulent seafood paired with the steak.
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter For cooking the seafood.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced More garlic adds flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp paprika For smokiness and color.
  • 1/2 pieces lemon, juiced Brightens the seafood.
  • to taste salt and pepper To season the seafood.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your skillet over high heat.
  • Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Add butter, garlic, and herbs, and baste the steaks.
  • Remove and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
  • Prepare shrimp or lobster and season.

Cooking

  • Melt more butter in another skillet over medium heat and add garlic.
  • Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or lobster for 4-5 minutes.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seafood.

Serving

  • Plate the steak and seafood together on a beautiful plate.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Make sure to let the steak rest to keep it juicy. Fresh herbs make a big difference in flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
