Ingredients
  

Pasta and Filling

  • 12 pieces Jumbo pasta shells The perfect vessel for all the delicious fillings.
  • 1 lb Ground beef Provides great flavor and protein.
  • 1 medium Onion, diced Adds sweetness and depth to the filling.
  • 1 cup Salsa Brings a zesty kick.

Cheese Topping

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded Classic and melty.
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded Adds creaminess.
  • 1 cup Additional cheese for topping Because you can never have too much cheese!

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the ground beef and diced onions until the beef is browned and onions are soft, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  • Mix in the salsa, stirring to combine.
  • Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them standing upright in a baking dish.
  • Top the stuffed shells with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  • Serve warm and enjoy with your family.

Notes

Avoid overcooking pasta for the perfect texture. You can also broil the stuffed shells for a few minutes for extra crunch.
