Ingredients
  

Fruits and Base

  • 1 can (29 ounces) Peach slices In juice
  • 1 can (20 ounces) Pineapple chunks In juice
  • 1 box (3 1/8 ounces) Dry vanilla instant pudding mix For creaminess
  • 1 lb Strawberries, quartered Fresh
  • 1 each Banana, sliced Add just before serving to prevent browning
  • 1/2 pint Blueberries Fresh
  • 1 bunch Grapes, preferably red Fresh
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sugar (optional) Adjust to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Open the cans of peach slices and pineapple chunks, pouring all of the juice into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the dry vanilla pudding mix into the bowl with the juices and mix until the pudding starts to dissolve.
  • Gently fold in the quartered strawberries, sliced banana, blueberries, and red grapes, maintaining the integrity of the fruit.
  • If desired, sprinkle in 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar and adjust to taste.
  • Carefully mix everything with a spatula, ensuring the fruits are well coated.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
  • Serve chilled, scooping into bowls, and consider garnishing with a sprig of mint.

Notes

Use ripe fruits for optimal flavor. You can add other seasonal fruits like diced mango or kiwi if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, lasting about two days.
