Ingredients

  • 2 cans cans of tuna, drained Make sure to drain the tuna well.
  • 1 can can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cup of frozen peas
  • 1 cup cup of cooked pasta Small shapes like elbows or shells work best.
  • 1 cup cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon of garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cup of crushed potato chips

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, cooked pasta, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well, then transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with crushed potato chips.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the dish is heated through and the top is golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve hot and enjoy your Tuna Casserole as a main dish with a simple side salad or steamed vegetables.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving. For a variation, add a squeeze of lemon juice, a teaspoon of mustard, or mix in chopped onions or bell peppers for extra crunch.
