  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced) For a fresh touch.
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (diced) Adds crunch and color.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Brings all flavors together.

Preparing the Dough

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Pour in the warm water and olive oil, and use your hands to bring everything together.
  • Knead the dough for about five minutes until it feels soft and elastic.
  • Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.

Assembling the Pizza

  • After an hour, punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough onto your pizza tray.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the dough.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously.
  • Add the cooked ground beef or sausage, cherry tomatoes, and diced bell peppers.
  • Finally, sprinkle the Italian seasoning over everything.

Baking the Pizza

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
