  • 1 tbsp Chives Chopped.
  • 4 large Tortillas Tomato, spinach, or whole wheat.
  • 2 cups Vegetables of choice Diced bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, or any other preferred veggies.

Preparation

  • Spread cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle chopped chives and any additional diced vegetables on top.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly.
  • Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.

Notes

To store leftovers, keep the roll-ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for about 2-3 days. Pair them with a dipping sauce like ranch or a yogurt-based dip.
