Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened Bring to room temperature.
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs Add one at a time.
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Mix-ins

  • 2 cups White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  • In another large bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the vanilla extract and the eggs one at a time.
  • Slowly incorporate the flour mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.

Baking

  • Using a cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Keep ingredients at room temperature for better texture. Experiment with different flavored chips or dried fruits for variations.
