  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed Ensure the avocado is ripe for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise Greek yogurt is a healthier option.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed lime juice is recommended.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust to your personal taste.

For Wrapping

  • as needed Lettuce leaves Use large leaves for better wrapping.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until combined.

Serving

  • Take a lettuce leaf and spoon some of the chicken salad mixture onto it.
  • Wrap it up and enjoy!

Notes
