  • 8 slices Bacon Thin bacon works best
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and trim the green beans.
  • Wrap a piece of bacon around each green bean and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  • Place the wrapped green beans on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the green beans are tender.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave when ready to eat again. For variety, try using different seasonings or substitute prosciutto or turkey bacon.
