  • 1 can Fluffy biscuits
  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Colby cheese, shredded Feel free to substitute with any cheese available
  • 1 can White sausage gravy

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage and break it up into small pieces.
  • In a baking dish, layer small pieces of the chopped biscuits at the bottom.
  • Sprinkle the cooked sausage evenly over the biscuits.
  • Spread the shredded Colby cheese over the sausage layer.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and sausage gravy until well combined and pour this mixture evenly over the biscuit and sausage layers.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the eggs are set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the delightful flavors.

Notes

Tip: For an extra crispy top, broil for the last few minutes. This dish also freezes beautifully.
