Ingredients
  

Meat and Vegetables

  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp parsley Fresh or dried parsley works.
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic Fresh minced garlic preferred.
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 oz can of corn, drained Canned or frozen corn works.
  • 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Cheese and Tater Tots

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese Or use cheddar or mozzarella for variation.
  • 30 oz bag of frozen crispy crowns or tater tots

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and onion powder.
  • Once the beef is cooked, drain any extra grease.
  • Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Stir everything together well and top with a little bit more cheese.
  • Next, add the tater tots or crispy crowns on top.

Baking

  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.

Notes

For best results, drain the grease from the beef well to avoid a greasy casserole. You can customize the cheese and add vegetables like bell peppers or peas for added nutrition. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
