Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 200 g egg noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bean sprouts, bell peppers, carrots, etc.) Customize vegetables as desired.

Sauce and Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For cooking.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce Can substitute with hoisin sauce if necessary.
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish) For serving.

Preparation

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  • Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Cook noodles al dente and feel free to customize the vegetables. For a vegetarian version, replace chicken with tofu or extra vegetables. For added heat, add chili flakes or Sriracha.
